I'm sorry if this is so obvious that I can't see it, but I can't see any instruction on what to do once downloaded - at all!

Rather annoying when all the "buy me" ad's all over the site says things like "ridiculously easy to use/install" etc etc.

I now have a lot of folders, files and code with no instruction on editing anywhere to be seen ! I don't expect a kettle to arrive with no instruction let alone a ton of php code!
