Idut Human Checker integration into php form with html

I recently had a problem with unwanted scripts being uploaded from a file upload form.  I fixed the file recognition, but wanted to also use captcha.  The form functioned fine, a user could upload 6 jpg files with descriptions.  There were 6 required fields at a minimum and the rest of the fileds were still checked for proper content.  When attempting to incorporate the script I could not see it because the form was both html, java script, with style.css and process.php file.  The only way I could make it work was to change my file extension to php and the iduthc appeared to work perfectly, except, it chopped off the "Submit" and "Reset" buttons and automatically sent the form.  That would have been okay, but what it did, was eliminate the file checking script for protect from having other file extensions, other than the graphics ones allowed.

I was wondering if there is something that I did wrong or that there is a conflict between the two scripts.?
